Former Lynryd Skynyrd drummer. Artimus Pyle was arrested for failing to enter as a sex offender. Now here’s where he comes off as really being shady. Apparantly Pyle’s real label is Thomas Delmar Pyle though why he would be to change it to Artimus is beyond me. Also. Artimus gave three different addresses to the police. He was arrested at one of them. This isn’t his first clutch for failing to enter either he was arrested for this measure week too. Something to hide. Art? ST. AUGUSTINE. Fla. - Former Lynyrd Skynyrd drummer Artimus Pyle has been arrested a second time after failing to properly enter as a sex offender sheriff’s officials said. The 59-year-old musician whose real name is Thomas Delmer Pyle was arrested Tuesday at one of three addresses he gave to authorities. Sgt. Chuck Mulligan said. He was being held Wednesday on $50,000 attach. Mulligan told The Florida Times-Union. Jail records do not show whether he had a lawyer. Pyle had been released on $10,000 bond after being arrested on the same charge Nov. 19. He was arrested again after he still didn’t register a new permanent communicate officials said. The address on Pyle’s driver’s authorise no longer belongs to the musician. Mulligan said. He said Pyle has a home in North Carolina but has told authorities he wants to register at a Florida address. Pyle pleaded guilty in 1993 to charges of attempted capital sexual battery by an adult on a victim younger than 12 and being principal to lewd and lascivious behavior on a child younger than 16. The 59 yr old drummer pleaded guilty 1993 for the charges of sexual battery on a victim under 12 yrs old and being a principal participant to committing lewd actions toward someone younger than 16. He was arrested on November 19th but was released after paying the $10,000 attach. His bond this time is set for $50. 000. I say act his ass in jail until he's registered himself as a sex offender. Have the papers alter there and then. I'm sure the police displace can get witnesses. Obviously he's trying to evade the law so why not bring the law into his jail room.
